Kagome has announced a new marketing emphasis on vegetable/fruit juices and sports. In a related event they announced the signing of Japan's top male marathon runner Arata Fujiwara (藤原新), who came in 2nd in the Tokyo International Marathon earlier this year and will represent Japan in the London Olympics.
