While having long been part of Japanese food culture, shumai are still thought of as Chinese food. These are frozen shumai and are prepared in a skillet. The maker 株式会社横周デリカ does not appear to have a website, but is located in Yokohama, which makes sense because Yokohama is a center for Chinese food and hosts Yokohama Chinatown.
