Burger King Summer Cool Colors‏

Burger King has introduced Summer Cool Colors drinks for the hot weather. There are 4 varieties: iced matcha latte, berry berries, mango & banana, and Irish lemonade. Japanese in general are less eager to buy food with bright artificial colors, but sometimes foreign companies come in and surprise the local companies.

Kagome AK48 Vegerangers‏

Kagome is holding a Vegeranger campaign using the popular girl group AK48 to promote Yasaiichinichikoreippon (野菜一日これ一本　"One drink, one day's worth of vegetable") drink. There is a special app where you can collect "cards" featuring AK48 members and there is a chance for one of 8 different figurines, featuring members of AK48 as Vegerangers, an obvious take on the various ranger action figures which are popular in Japan.
