Meiji Seinyu 100 Bulgaria Yogurt

Meiji's Sonomama Bulgaria Yogurt is designed not to need any sweeteners and therefore be delicious "as it is", which is what sonomama そのまま means. The new version of this product, Meiji Seinyu 100 Bulgaria Yogurt, improves on the concept in several ways and stands out from other products with gold packaging. This product employs Meiji's Natural Taste technology which is also used in Oishii Gyunyu or Delicious Milk, and also uses 100 percent fresh milk (no reconstituted ingredients) which results in a slightly higher fat content (3.5% vs. 3.0%). The fat content and the Natural Taste technology make for extra creamy and delicious yogurt according to the website. There are also instructions on how this yogurt can be used as a healthy alternative to cream, fresh cheese and mayonnaise in recipes.
