JR Del Monte Onion Potage Soup

Corn potage soup sold in cans from vending machines is very popular in Japan. Corn potage in cans is not as bad as it might seem as first, but it is usually sold in small cans and the viscosity of the soup leaves quite a bit in the can. This appears to be a variation using onion potage instead. I assume it is somewhat thinner than corn potage, but I have not tried it yet.

As an aside, potage is spelled with one "t" on the can, but a quick check around the internet led to conflicting opinions on the spelling potage vs pottage, and if there is a slight distinction to be made between the two.

This product is Del Monte branded and Del Monte goes through Kikkoman in Japan.
