The MegMilk Snow Brand Megumi Brand is a bit complicated. The flagship product contains the probiotic combination Lactobacillus gasseri SP strain (SBT 2055) and the Bifidobacteria strain Bifidus SP. The website actually claims a combination of two Lactobacilli, but that is not technically correct, Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus are classified differently. This product has a Japanese functional food claim approval, but the low fat version and the individual cups do not carry that claim. Then there are other individual portion products (either for convenience stores or home delivery) which have only one of the probiotics and in one case an additional ingredient - glucosamine.
