Chinsuko ちんすこう cookies are a traditional omiyage from Okinawa, similar to shortbread. This product uses Yukishio 雪塩 which is a well known type of salt from Miyako Island, Okinawa. This product is made by Nanpudo Co., Ltd., Okinawa 南風堂株式会社.
