Morinaga Ototo Crackers

Morinaga Ototo crackers are an iconic Japanese confectionary brand and Japan's equivalent of animal crackers. As this image shows, this product consists of an easy to open and close box which contains crackers shaped like various sea creatures. Like all such products, they regularly introduce or rotate new flavors into the product line. One of my favorite flavors after first coming to Japan was squid ink flavor, which is black and commonly used on items such as spaghetti.
