Marudai Kunseiya Sausage‏

Marudai Foods advertises that their Kunseiya (燻製屋) sausage has won the Monde Selection Award for sausage 3 years in a row and was the first sausage brand to win this award. For this product they use Alpine mountain salt and cure the meat for 3 days.
